Ingredients:


• 2 cups sugar (400 gr)


• ½ cup water (120 gr)


• ½ cup light corn syrup (173 gr)


• ½ tsp food coloring (any color you like)


• 1 tsp flavor extract (cherry, peppermint, lemon—your choice!)


• Lollipop sticks


• Candy thermometer


Instructions:


1. Prep the Mold


Place lollipop sticks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or use a silicone lollipop mold.


2. Boil the Mixture


In a saucepan, mix the sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once it starts boiling, stop stirring and let it reach 300°F (hard-crack stage) on your candy thermometer.


3. Add Flavor and Color


Remove the mixture from heat and quickly stir in the food coloring and flavor extract.


4. Pour and Set
